Your roof line is your home’s first defence against the British weather, yet it is often the most overlooked part of the exterior. The roofline is the area where the roof meets the walls of your home:

  • Fascias: The straight board running along the lower edge of the roof, supporting the tiles and guttering.

  • Soffits: The underside of the roofline, which closes the gap between the wall and the fascia, allowing for eaves ventilation.

  • Guttering: The crucial system that manages rainwater drainage.

At Ribble Valley Windows and Doors, we go the extra mile and do a thorough job by stripping back 1 metre of the perimeter of the roof tiles to repair rotten tile battons & dry, crumbled felt before we replace the fascias and soffits.

A lot of companies do not do this … they just cover the original rotten fascia boards.

We offer PVC cladding for all situations, from dorma bungalows to fire regulated cement board cladding for new build homes and commercial work. There are a variety of colours and finish options to choose from.

As with everything we do, Ribble Valley Windows and Doors do not just cover your existing rotten cladding, we:

  • remove existing boards

  • repair the subframe

  • install high quality kingspan where needed (e.g. on dorma bungalows)

  • install a heavy duty waterproof membrane to stop any future ingress of water

  • install cladding to the highest standards (we pride ourselves on our neat and tidy finish)
